What's wrong with your heat pump?

We diagnose and repair all of the following — and anything else your heat pump throws at us.

Not heating or cooling

Unit runs but produces no temperature change. Usually a refrigerant issue, faulty reversing valve, or dirty coils.

Won't turn on

No response to the remote or controls. Could be an electrical supply issue, control board fault, or tripped breaker.

Unusual noises

Grinding, rattling, squealing or gurgling sounds. Often loose components, worn bearings, or debris in the outdoor unit.

Water leaking indoors

Water dripping from the indoor unit. Usually a blocked condensate drain, disconnected line, or frozen coil thawing.

Reduced performance

Running but not heating or cooling effectively, or running costs have increased. Often dirty filters, blocked coils, or low refrigerant.

Fault code showing

Error code on the display or flashing lights. We interpret fault codes for all major brands and diagnose the underlying issue.
